Shifting Gears Waiver & Release:
I wish to participate in SHIFTING GEARS cycling events. I hereby waive, release and discharge any and all claims for damages of personal injury (including but not limited to death) and/or property damage which I now have, or which may hereafter accrue to me as a result of participating in any SHIFTING GEARS cycling event. This release is also intended to discharge all person and/or entities affiliated with SHIFTING GEARS cycling events.
I hereby assume and acknowledge all risk associated with my participation in SHIFTING GEARS cycling events. Further, I certify that I am physically fit and that I agree to wear an ANSI-APPROVED HELMET at all times while operating my bicycle.
I have read this waiver & release and fully understand its contents. I am aware that this is a release of liability and is a contract between myself and the persons & entities mentioned above and I sign it on my own free will.
