The 2008 edition Shifting Gears Cycling Jerseys are now available for purchase for $55 for members/$65 for non-members off of our website.  Visit the GEAR page for more info and check out the new jersey color...RED.

Call 310.582.8820* and tell them Shifting Gears sent you to hold your spot!  The class is Wednesday nights at 6:30pm.  Donations are encouraged to support the AIDS/Lifecycle Ride.  Maximum 7 students.  *To hold your place, a credit card will be taken at time the reservation is made.  A charge of $15 will occur (which will be donated to the AIDS ride) if you do not show up without calling 24 hours in advance to cancel.  There will be no classes on Dec. 24th and Dec. 31st.

If it’s Sunday morning and you are at Helen’s wondering where everyone is well....you probably didn’t check the SG website!  Make sure you confirm where we are leaving from as we often switch it up  once a month.  **PLEASE TAKE NOTE**  THIS WEEKEND, THE RIDE IS ON SATURDAY, DEC. 6TH IN VENTURA.  There will not be a ride on Sunday.
